Pet of the Week: Big Bert
Oct. 30, 2013: Big Bert is a super-friendly four-year-old declawed kitty with a gentle nature and an easygoing personality.
Bert is the absolutely perfect family pet. He is currently being well socialized in a foster home full of kids, cats, and dogs. And, although he is calm and laid back, he still manages to remain a constant, wherever the excitement and action are.
Bert loves everyone and everyone loves Bert. He thrives on attention and will purr like there's no tomorrow if you scratch him on his chin or behind his ears.
This handsome fellow is undoubtedly on the larger side, but hold your horses Jenny Craig, it is not just a jelly-belly under all that soft, fluffy fur; Bert is what many of us like to refer to as "big-boned."
Big Boy Bert is well behaved, has excellent manners, is litter box trained, and is in excellent health. He has been neutered and is up to date with all of his vaccinations. Don't let this great kitty get away.
