Is your water pressure low?
Veolia has been conducting its Regulatory Flushing Program in the Village of Bronxville. Crews will be flushing fire hydrants and blow-offs at various locations throughout the Village between the hours of 7:30 AM and 4 PM. A temporary slight discoloration of the water and a decrease in water pressure may be noted during this period due to hydrant flushing.
If you experience discolored water, please run your cold water in a basement sink for 15 to 20 minutes to help clear the line. Please check your cold water for discoloration before doing any laundry. All Veolia workers will carry company identification cards for your security.
