Winners of Bake-Off Competition at Bronxville School PTA Fair

By Olivia Cherundolo, Chair of the Memorial Bake-Off Competition
June 1, 2026: On Friday, May 22nd, the Bronxville PTA hosted its annual Memorial Country Fair, including its Bake-Off Competition.
The Bake-Off is open to all amateur bakers, both residents and non-residents of Bronxville. This year, there were 36 entries competing for the blue ribbon in five categories – Best Cake/Cupcake, Best Pie/Tart, Best Cookie/Brownie/Bar, Best Young Baker’s Dessert for contestants ages 15 and under (Young Bakers had the option to submit their dessert in either the Young Baker’s Dessert category or one of the other categories open to all ages), and new category called “Chef’s Choice”. Chef’s Choice covers items that do not fit the other categories, such as breads, pastries, and biscuits.
This year’s judges included Superintendent Dr. Rachel Kelly, Chief of Police Christopher Satriale, Owner of Scarborough Fair Catering, John Byrne, Owner of Tredici Social and newly opened Café Nelo, Michael Colucci, and Mayor Mary Marvin. The judges scored based on taste, presentation, and overall impression. Prizes were awarded to the winners of each category, and entries were then sold to the public during the Country Fair.
Congratulations to all winners shown by category below this photo.
