Anne Agee, Longtime Resident of Bronxville, Dies July 23 at 81
July 27, 2011: Anne Stanford Agee, 81, of Bronxville, died on July 23, 2011, at Kendal on Hudson, Sleepy Hollow, NY, after a long illness.
Anne was the beloved wife of the late Robert Agee, loving mother of Elizabeth and Chris Agee, and cherished grandmother of Jacob, Miriam, Indigo, and Orion Agee. She was born on March 28, 1930, in West Holywood, CA, to Ralph and Ruth Inman Stanford.
A resident of Bronxville for over 40 years, she worked as a legal secretary in New York City and as director of Meals on Wheels at The Reformed Church of Bronxville.
The family will receive friends at the Westchester Funeral Home in Eastchester from 7:00 to 9:00 pm.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 28 at 11.00 am at the Reformed Church of Bronxville. Private cremation to follow.
