Concordia College Media Students Visit WABC-TV

By North Callahan, Senior Director of Marketing, Concordia College

May 4, 2016:  Students at Concordia College in the New Media Communications and Digital Production course of study recently visited WABC-TV in New York City, hosted by senior producer Tracey Bagley of Here and Now.

The students met Eyewitness News anchor Bill Ritter and observed a newscast and then visited the Live! with Kelly and Michael studio and participated in a Q&A session with the show's producers.

Concordia's focus on experiential learning is built on the principle that what it is learned outside the classroom is as important as what happens inside the classroom.
