Bronxville Police Blotter: June 3 to June 6, 2015

Wednesday, June 3, 12:55 pm: At 95 Pondfield Road an 18-year-old man of the Bronx was charged with attempted grand larceny in the 3rd degree for attempting to withdraw funds totaling $4,945.00, which were deposited into his account using a fraudulent check. He was also charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. He was released on his own recognizance pending his next court appearance.
Thursday, June 4, 3:18 pm: On Pondfield Road a 28-year-old woman of Ozone Park, New York, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the 2nd degree and driving with a suspended registration certificate. Her 2011 BMW was impounded and she was released on her own recognizance pending her next court appearance.
Friday, June 5, 9:40 pm: On Tanglewylde Avenue a large group of youths leaving a drinking party fled from the police. Two of the youths who were taken into custody were later released to their parents. Officers identified the location of the party as a residence on Park Avenue and alerted the parents of the youth, who were not at home at the time.
