Multiple Arrests in Burglary Case of Stolen TVs

Jun. 28, 2017: On June 21, 2017, three men were arrested and each charged with one count of burglary in the third degree (a class D felony).
The arrests are the result of an investigation into the burglary of VillaBXV at 15 Kensington Road in Bronxville. On Sunday, June 11, 2017, at about 9:00 am, one Samsung 55” television and three Samsung 60” televisions were stolen from locked unit #112 within VillaBXV. The total value of the stolen property was $6,000.
An immediate and exhaustive investigation resulted in the recovery of all four televisions and the arrest of the three men.
Thirty-eight-year-old Eddie Carrasco and fifty-year-old Jose Lebron, both of Brooklyn, were arraigned in the Justice Court of Bronxville and remanded to the Westchester County Department of Corrections.
Thirty-nine-year-old Pablo Morel of Tuckahoe was arraigned in the Justice Court of Bronxville and released on his own recognizance.
All three defendants are scheduled to return to the Justice Court of Bronxville on July 5, 2017, at 6:00 pm.
