Letter to the Editor: Donald Gray, Former Village Trustee, in Support of Bill Primps for Bronxville Village Justice

To the Editor:
Mar. 7, 2018: I am writing to strongly endorse Bill Primps's candidacy for Bronxville village justice.
I have known Bill and his wife, Phia, for more than thirty years. Bill and I have served together as Bronxville village trustees.
During the give-and-take of trustees meetings and, perhaps more important, executive sessions held after the meetings, one gets to know a fellow trustee very well. I have seen firsthand Bill's ability, his knowledge of village affairs, and his commitment to Bronxville.
Bronxville has two elected village justices who perform a very important function--they allow the village to handle local judicial problems locally. They also enable a long-term resident such as Bill to temper the hand of justice with an understanding and mercy for village residents of all ages.
I assure you, Bill will make a great village justice. I urge you to vote for him in the village election on Tuesday, March 20.
Donald M. Gray
Former Bronxville Village Trustee
