Nov. 4, 2015: If you are hungry for true sweetness, Oreo and Snickers are just what you are craving. This yummy pair was living as indoor/outdoor cats. A local rescue group was contacted by their owner's housekeeper, who let them know that the family no longer wanted the two young kitties and asked the group to come and pick them up. Despite responding the same day and arranging a time to meet, the young pair was put outside and the owners took off for a weekend vacation. Volunteers of tlc rescue rushed over as soon as they heard that the cats were wandering the streets and immediately took them into their care.
Oreo and Snickers are both under one year old and are well bonded with each other. Oreo is a black-and-white male who is a total ham, frequently rolling over like a dog. Snickers is a female calico/torti who is absolutely darling and accepts any and all attention available. They are affectionate kitties who enjoy grooming and cuddling with each other and would love nothing more than to find a home that will accept both of them.
Oreo and Snickers are both currently living in foster care. They have tested negative for feline AIDS and leukemia, are neutered/spayed, and are current on all vaccinations.
If you are interested in finding out more about Oreo and Snickers, please contact their foster mom, Gretchen, at 914-434-7436 or email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. The adoption fee for both kitties is $125.
