Pet of the Week: Ollie

Sep. 2, 2015: Ollie isn't a dog, but don't tell him that. He will follow you around the house, rub up against your ankles, and flop across your lap for a cuddle. He also likes to chatter and leap up in the air after his toys If you want a quiet, unobtrusive pet, Ollie is not for you. If you want a cat with an outgoing personality, come meet Ollie.
This two-year-old kitty with an adorable crumpled ear managed to live on his own through one of New York's harshest winters. He miraculously survived after being dumped outside an abandoned house and even, incredibly, was able to retain a positive and cheery attitude. When Ollie was first rescued, he was completely emaciated, but he is now thoroughly enjoying being fattened up.
Ollie is currently living peacefully in foster care with many other cats but would also do well as your one and only. He is in excellent health, has been neutered, and is up to date with all of his vaccinations.
