Pet of the Week: Lara

Sep. 14, 2016: Lara is one amazing kitty. She was found on the streets with an injured leg and two little kittens sitting by her side.
Thankfully, she was rescued and taken into foster care. While in the foster home, she nurtured her two babies until they were weaned and then she underwent surgery for her injured leg.
Despite having only three legs now, Lara is playful, active, and affectionate, and she has easily adjusted to her new situation. This happy girl doesn't let anyone stop her from having fun and enjoying life. She cannot wait to find a family to love and appreciate all that she has to offer.
