Pet of the Week: Cocoa

Jan. 25, 2017: Cocoa is a beautiful one-and-a-half-year-old lab mix with a heart of gold.
Not only does she have fabulous manners, she is perfectly housebroken and crate trained.
Cocoa enjoys spending time on her dog bed with her foster family close by. She is also always up for a game of fetch in the yard or a leisurely walk around town.
Cocoa walks very nicely on a leash. She has a timid side and likes to approach people and other dogs slowly, but once she is introduced to them, she relaxes and enjoys being in the presence of others.
There is not a mean bone in her body and she would be happiest in a calm home with older children who can appreciate her softer side.
Cocoa is in excellent health and has been spayed and fully vaccinated. She is ready for immediate adoption and cannot wait for the new year to bring her a forever family.
