Pet of the Week: Benji

Feb. 4, 2015: Benji is a dog in cat's clothing. This two- to three-year-old Bengal mix has a curious nature and an outgoing personality.
Rescued just in the nick of time, Benji is a lover, not a fighter, and has absolutely no survival instincts. This poor kitty was found completely emaciated, lost, and wandering the streets. Since being rescued he has thrived and has become a strapping young fellow who is vibrant and full of life.
Benji loves to play, get belly rubs, and hang out with people. Initially intimidated, he is now adjusting nicely to being in a foster home with several other cats. He dreams of finding a family who will shower him with love, scratches behind the ear, and lots of catnip and toys.
Benji has been neutered, he tested negative for feline leukemia and feline aids, and he is current on all vaccinations. His adoption donation is $85.
