Jul. 17, 2019: Get ready to be captivated by amazing Sterling. This boy had a rough start but was lucky enough to cross paths with a Good Samaritan who ultimately changed the course of his life.
Sterling was living and starving in a gas station parking lot. He was only about nine months old when he first showed up there. He was neglected and missing hair and the gas station owner put food out for him every once in a while. When a kind customer pulled in to buy gas one day, she knew immediately that there was no way she could leave him behind. He willingly and happily hopped right into the car with her and the people at the gas station were extremely grateful that someone finally came to his rescue.
Sterling is such a love ... he was immediately and unabashedly sweet to everyone. He is fantastic with every person and dog he meets and is also great with the cats he has come across.
He has been fully vetted and is finally growing and thriving. Sterling is healthy, active, and playful and will benefit from a home where he will be brought along on activities such as hiking, camping, exploring, or just taking trips to the dog park to socialize and make friends.
