Bronxville Locals in the News

Jun. 25, 2014: Ashley Smith Roman, MD, Bronxville Class of 1990, was listed in the June 9, 2014, issue of New York Magazine as one of the "Best Doctors" in New York. Dr. Roman is listed under maternal and fetal medicine. Her specialty is high-risk pregnancy. She is also an assistant clinical professor of obstetrics and gynecology at the NYU Medical Center.
Nate Barr, Bronxville Class of 1991, is the composer of the music for the television series True Blood and said that he is starting work on True Blood: The Musical. He was interviewed, along with the cast, at the seventh-season True Blood premiere in Hollywood last week. The final season of True Blood will begin on June 22 at 9:00 pm on HBO.
Diane Lee, Bronxville Class of 1996, received an Emmy at the Emmy Awards ceremony in Atlanta, Georgia, on June 7, 2014, for the consumer report series she wrote and reported for the CBS affiliate in Greenville, South Carolina.
