Party on Witch-Kraft on October 29, 2026: Food, Drinks, Live Music, Halloween Favorites

By Kate Verni, The Picture House

Oct. 7, 2026 — The nor’easter may have postponed the party, but it didn’t stop the fun. After severe weather forced The Picture House Regional Film Center to postpone its annual Party on Kraft fundraiser, the historic nonprofit theater is bringing the celebration back with a wickedly fun Halloween twist: Party on Witch-Kraft, Thursday, October 29 at The Picture House Bronxville.

New date. New twist. Same great bash.

The evening kicks off at 6:00 PM with live music from Freeway & Friends, plus La Casa’s award-winning margaritas, beer and wine, and favorite local food trucks Pugsley Pizza and Tecas Tacos. At 8:00 PM, the party moves to the big screen for movies and dessert.

Guests can choose from three very different Halloween favorites on the big screen: The Nightmare Before Christmas, a little spooky, a little sweet, and full of Halloween magic; Friday the 13th, the slasher classic for those looking for a real scare; and The Rocky Horror Picture Show, the campy, outrageous cult favorite that’s always ready for another Time Warp. Costumes are encouraged!

Can’t make it to Party on Witch-Kraft? You can still join the fun! Enter the raffle for a chance to win a Private Theater Experience for up to 30 guests at The Picture House. Raffle tickets are $25 each or five for $100, and the lucky winner will be drawn at the event. You do not need to be present to win. Raffle tickets are on sale now — purchase yours HERE.

“Party on Witch-Kraft is a chance to celebrate together, enjoy a great night at the movies, and support our historic nonprofit theater at the heart of the Bronxville community,” said Clayton Bushong, Executive Director of The Picture House Regional Film Center. “And what better way to celebrate Halloween than with iconic films on the big screen?”

Bronxville residents Gina Nigido Lander, Sarab Leivers, and Meredith Dixon co-chair Party on Witch-Kraft. Proceeds from Party on Witch-Kraft support The Picture House, a nonprofit regional film center that brings film, education, and community programming to its historic theaters in Bronxville and Pelham.

Pocker is known for combining traditional craftsmanship with thoughtful design, ensuring that every piece of art is presented beautifully and protected for generations.

Over the decades, J. Pocker has earned the trust of prominent collectors and top interior designers while remaining equally committed to individuals looking to preserve meaningful personal items. Whether framing a valuable painting or a cherished photograph, the company brings the same level of care and expertise to every project.
