Pet of the Week: Brian
Written by Allison Roesser

Nov. 12, 2014: Brian is a delightful, sweet, and loving four-month-old puppy. He is a beautiful blend of basset hound and collie with a little splash of something else to give him his coloring.
This supersmart dog is quickly and eagerly learning his basic commands. He thrives when working for treats and he walks perfectly on a leash. Brian is currently in a foster home with other dogs and lots of children, making him a great choice for a family pet or companion.
A total snuggle bug, Brian enjoys cuddling and giving puppy kisses. One of his favorite things to do is romp in the yard with the other dogs at the playground. This little guy has many years of joy to give and cannot wait to have a home of his own.
Brian has been neutered and is up to date with his vaccinations. His adoption donation is $250. If you would like to meet Brian, please visit the Pet Rescue website at www.NY-PetRescue.org and fill out an application. Pet Rescue requests that applications be completed before introductions to the dogs are made. If you mention that you learned about Brian through MyhometownBronxville, it will help expedite the adoption process.
If you are not ready to adopt, Pet Rescue is always looking for foster families. Puppies, kittens, dogs, and cats of all breeds, sizes, and ages are available for fostering. Pet Rescue provides all of the necessary supplies and veterinary care. All you need to do is open your heart and your home to these amazing furry friends. For more information about the fostering process, please visit the Pet Rescue website or call 914-834-6955.
