Pet of the Week: Bodhi--Sweet, Smart, and Playful

Jun. 5, 2019: Bodhi is the sweetest puppy you will ever meet. This eight-month-old pointer/Labrador retriever mix has a larger-than-life personality in a medium-sized 40-pound body.
Bodhi is playful, energetic, intelligent, cuddly, and a true comedian. He loves to learn new tricks and catches on very easily. You can see it in his eyes; he knows what you expect from him – and he is eager to please.
He has loved every dog, person, and child he has met and instinctively knows how to be gentle. Bodhi would do best in a home with a family and another dog. Since he is a working group breed--bred to assist man--he may be best suited for an experienced dog owner who has time to devote to his training and learning.
This little dude would benefit from an active family where he is not left alone for longer stretches of time. He loves to be where the action is and thrives when his body and mind are kept busy.
Bodhi is a masterful fetch player and hiker. The dog park is his own personal Nirvana and he will not fail to impress you with his learning capabilities. He is housebroken, neutered, healthy, and up to date with his vaccinations.
