Letter to the Community in Support of Natasha Nordahl for Bronxville Village Justice

March 13, 2024: The members of the Bronxville Village Democratic Committee are asking Bronxville voters to re-elect Bronxville Village Justice Natasha Nordahl in the Village election to be held on Tuesday. March 19. Ms. Nordahl’s service to the community as a Village Justice has been outstanding. Her dedication to the position, her knowledge, and her respect for everyone who comes before the court are exemplary.
Ms. Nordahl was first elected in September 2020. As a Village Justice, Ms. Nordahl hears landlord/tenant, small claims, and criminal matters and often performs wedding ceremonies. She also conducted the first jury trial to be held in Bronxville in over thirty years.
Ms. Nordahl was born in Brooklyn, New York, and graduated from Duke University and Brooklyn Law School. She worked as a litigator in New York City for over 20 years, specializing in litigation in State and local courts in many different disciplines. She has volunteered in various capacities in the legal world.
Ms. Nordahl and her family have lived in the Village since 2002. She has been a member of the Village Planning Board and served on the Board of the Friends of the Bronxville Public Library. Currently, in her free time, Ms. Nordahl volunteers with food banks and is an active volunteer in the Reformed Church Clothing Closet.
You are invited to meet Ms. Nordahl and the other Village candidates on the Thursday before the election, March 14, at the Bronxville Library from 6:30 to 8 PM.
