Oct. 5, 2016: US News & World Report ranked Concordia College as a "Best College" in the North Region for the fifth consecutive year. Concordia ranks 22nd, jumping 18 spots from its 2016 rank of 40. Concordia also ranked fourth for "Most International Students" and in the top 5 for "Campus Diversity," again this year.
The US News & World Report’s "Best Colleges" rankings have long been a trusted resource for prospective students when considering their choices for higher education.
Concordia has expanded its academic offerings with undergraduate majors in history, international studies, music, and psychology, in addition to its rapidly expanding online program offerings. Concordia also offers a new interdisciplinary studies program designed for the student who has multiple academic interests. Its newly revamped first-year seminar helps ensure that students make an even more positive transition to college life.
"We are very proud of our improved ranking by US News & World Report," said President John Nunes. "We are a small school, but our faith-based, ethics-infused interdisciplinary education prepares our students to make a big impact in the world. The same faith on which we were founded in 1881 grounds us today and will keep us growing into the future."

Bronxville Public Library
The Bronxville Public Library traces its origins back to 1875, when it was a small lending library housed in a room attached to the “Bronxville Model School.” The Library was officially chartered in 1906 and moved into the Village Hall Building. The needs of the library grew with the town and, in 1942, a new standalone building was erected, which is where the Library is today. Over the years, the Library was renovated and expanded to meet the needs of the community.
The Library has wonderful resources for adults and children and offers a comfortable and relaxing environment. The Library also houses a fine art collection, consisting principally of Bronxville painters and sculptors.
The Library offers special events, art exhibitions, and programs for adults, young adults and children. All events are open to the public, unless otherwise indicated.
