Mar. 18, 2015: At the annual winter sports awards ceremony held last Wednesday, March 11, varsity athletes were recognized for their athletic abilities, hard work, and dedication. The intense cold and lasting snow cover this winter have been particularly challenging for the track and field athletes, but the snow was a huge bonus for the ski team.

Half of the winter teams are combined with neighboring schools. The ski and swim teams pair up with New Rochelle, and the ice hockey is a partnership between Eastchester, Edgemont, Tuckahoe, and Bronxville.

The usual venue for the sports awards ceremonies is the high school auditorium, but because of construction, the event has taken place in the high school gym for the past year.

Four track athletes received All-American and All-State recognition, five athletes received All-Section honors, and thirty-seven athletes were named All-League.
