Bronxville Police Blotter: November 1 to November 11, 2021

Nov. 17, 2021: The following entries are from the Bronxville police blotter:

November 1, 2021, 5:46 pm, Lee Place: A resident reported that they have been the victim of a fraud totaling approximately $12,000.00, the incident is being investigated.

November 2, 2021, 1:37 pm, Lookout Avenue: Investigation Pending

November 3, 2021, 9:03 am, Sturgis Road: A resident reported that two NYS Vehicle license plates were lost in the mail.

November 4, 2021, 4:37 pm, Pondfield Road: A wallet was found on Midland Avenue.  The owner was contacted and the wallet was returned.

November 6, 2021, 9:06 am, Palmer Road: Motor vehicle accident, two vehicles, no injuries, and information exchange was completed by the responding officer.

November 9, 2021, 11:52 am, Lee Place: A homeowner reported that she believed a scammer may be knocking at her door.  Police responded and identified the male as an ADT Security employee performing a routine assignment.  The homeowner did have an ADT system. 

November 11, 2021, 8:56 am, Park Place: Officers assisted a Bronxville Parking agent with a male who was verbally combative while receiving a citation.  No further Police action was warranted.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

11/12/2021         09:07 am                            Homesdale

A homeowner reported a suspicious vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers responded and discovered that the vehicle was reported stolen from the City of Mt Vernon.  The vehicle was impounded and the owner was notified.

 

11/13/2021         01:10 pm                            Kraft

A female store employee reported that she was uncomfortable with an interaction with a customer and believed that he may become dangerous in the future.  A report was filed. 

 

11/14/2021         04:15 pm                            Kraft

Activated alarm at United Bank.  Officers responded and all was in order.
