Mar. 11, 2020: Many notable floral designers were at the Metropolitan Club in New York City for the sold-out British Floral Influencers Luncheon, which celebrated the life and legacy of Constance Spry, an influential British florist of the 20th century.

Spry "designed the floral arrangements for the weddings of the Duke and Duchess of Windsor in 1937 and for Princess Elizabeth and Prince Philip in 1947. Her floral creations and creative design for the coronation of Her Majesty the Queen in 1953 became the piece de resistance of her incredible career".

Each table at the event was designed by a different floral designer. Martha Stewart was an honorary guest table designer.

All the tables were all amazing, but the table where I sat with my daughter, Tori Samuel, was the most fun. At each guests' place was a headdress made out of flowers and plant material. The designer was Joshua Werber, and I promise you that you will be seeing his work in Martha Stewart's magazine, Living, in the near future.

The event was to benefit the Garden Museum of London. See photos below.
