Wednesday, September 14
:  The Bronxville Village Planning Board will hold a meeting at 7:30 pm in Bronxville Village Hall. For more information, go to www.villageofbronxville.com or call 914-337-6500.

Thursday, September 15:  The Bronxville Chamber of Commerce will be sponsoring its last outdoor concert of the summer from 6:30 to 8:30 pm at Park Place. Enjoy live music plus dining and dancing in the street, which will be closed off to vehicular traffic for the occasion. The entertainment is free, and food from Bronxville eateries will be available for purchase. The featured band will be Andrew Cole & the Bravo Hops. Thursday, September 15:  The Tuckahoe Planning Board will hold a meeting at 7:30 pm at Tuckahoe Village Hall in which the site plan approval for the proposed hotel site on Marbledale Avenue will be discussed. For more information, go to www.tuckahoe.com.

Thursday, September 15:  The Bronxville Board of Education will hold a regular meeting at 7:30 pm in the multipurpose room of The Bronxville School. For more information, go to http://www.boarddocs.com/ny/tbs/Board.nsf/Public or call 914-395-0500.

Friday, September 16:  Jim Hoch, Bronxville resident and founding partner of Tailwind Capital, will be the first speaker in this year's Business Breakfast Series at Concordia College. His talk is titled "Helping American Businesses Grow--Straight Talk from a Private Equity Expert." The event will be held in the Krenz Academic Center on the campus of the college, with continental breakfast being served starting at 7:00 am and the presentation beginning at 7:30 am. Sunday, September 18:  An Eastchester Town yard sale will be held at the Eastchester Public Library from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm to benefit town beautification efforts.

Tuesday, September 20:  NewYork-Presbyterian/Lawrence Hospital will be hosting a talk in the Dinner with the Doctor series by Mitchell C. Benson, MD, who will discuss prostate cancer. The dinner will be at Lake Isle Country Club from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. For more information, call 914-787-5000.
