The Tav'ery has recently opened on the corner of Parkway Road, across from the train station in Bronxville. The corner location offers a great spot for outdoor sidewalk dining.
Marco Lojano, the owner of Rosie's Bistro Italiano, also in Bronxville, along with his wife Fiona and their partner, Francesca Cuzzupoli, have brought an attractive dining area and a bustling bar together to town.
A combination of tavern and eatery, the restaurant menu offers a selection of quality casual fare. Especially popular are the Mahi Mahi tacos, the Pat LaFreida burger, the crabcake sandwich, and chicken empanadas.
|
|
With a great selection of house cocktails, the Healthy Whale, made with Grey Whale Gin, Aperol, grapefruit juice and lime, and The Dubliner, a combination of Tullamore Dew Whiskey, grand marnier, sweet vermouth, and orange bitters are a hit.
The three owners have been in the restaurant/bar business for many years, and the friendly staff is welcoming and accommodating.
The Tav'ery serves its full menu daily from noon to 9 pm and then offers a limited late menu in the bar area from 9 pm to 11 pm. The bar is open daily until 1 am.

Come and enjoy Summer Dining Al Fresco at our inviting outdoor dining area. We, the new owners, Nino Gjonbalaj and Jimmy Gashi, look forward to meeting you. We have had successful restaurants in New York City for over thirty years and are happy to bring our experience and quality of food to Westchester County.
We can offer you cool refreshing drinks like our Texas Mule, made with Tito vodka, ginger beer, and lime juice, or our Cetriolo Martini with cucumber vodka, lime juice, and a splash of sour mix. The Aperol Spritzer is also popular, made with aperol, prosecco, and club soda.
Summer Menu Choices are Mozzarella Caprese and Insalata Fruitti Di Mare, our seafood salad from Antipasti, and the Fiocchi Alla Rosa from Chef Specialties, consisting of rosebud shaped pasta stuffed with caramelized pears & ricotta cheese, served in a pink cream sauce, complemented with shrimp and arugula. Another favorite from Pesce is the Chilean Sea Bass Oreganata, broiled and topped with seasoned breadcrumbs.
Our signature dish is "The Wheel," Formaggio in Caretta, a winning combination of spaghetti tossed in an imported Reggiano Parmigiano cheese infused with a flame of cognac and tomato sauce.
Hours of Operation: Mon. through Sat. from Noon to 10 pm and Sun. from Noon to 9 pm
