Pet of the Week: Marvelous Mason

By Natalia Thiessen

April 5, 2023: Meet Mason, also known as Sasquatch, because he has prominent fangs that give him an adorable but silly appearance.

Mason was abandoned at a Petco store when he was just a year old. He craves human attention and loves to sleep in your bed and cuddle. He will playfully (and adorably) hunt your feet under the blanket.

Mason is highly energetic and loves to play with anything within reach, including walls and couches. He may nip you when he gets too excited during playtime but never too hard. Mason adores his feather toy and sits near the window to observe the world outside.

Mason becomes closely attached to his humans and will follow them everywhere, demanding affection and attention.

He enjoys being picked up and carried around while receiving plenty of kisses, especially when his head is being scratched.

Mason appreciates a routine. He will let you know if he wants to be pet with the most adorable meow!

Mason would love to be in a quieter home with older children or another calmer cat for him to be with. He is not very picky about his home and quickly warms up to his owners.
