October 6, 2021: Beginning October 6, the Westchester County Department of Health will be holding Pfizer vaccine booster clinics, by appointment only, every Wednesday and Thursday, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, at 134 Court Street 134 Court Street in White Plains. To be eligible to receive a Pfizer booster dose at one of our clinics, you must have completed your original Pfizer vaccine series at least six months ago and you must fall into one of the following categories:

-65 years and older

-18+ with underlying medical conditions

-18+ who lives or works in a high-risk setting

October 7, 2021, 1:30 PM: The movie "Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood" starring Tom Hanks and about Fred Rogers, is playing at the Bronxville Library.  Click here for more information.

October 12, 2021: Bronxville Village Board of Trustees Meeting, 6:00 PM at Bronxville Village Hall, 200 Pondfield Road in Bronxville.

October 12, 2021, 6:30 PM. The movie "Tesla" starring Ethan Hawke is playing at the Bronxville Library.  It's is described on the Library website as "A freewheeling take on visionary inventor Nikola Tesla, his interactions with Thomas Edison and J.P. Morgan’s daughter Anne, and his breakthroughs in transmitting electrical power and light."  Click here for more information.

October 14, 2021, 7:00 PM: Book Talk: From Trump to Biden and Beyond: Reimagining US-China Relations. This program is sponsored by Friends of the Bronxville Library and will take place both in person and on zoom simultaneously.  To receive the zoom link, click here.  Two of the contributing authors, Dr. Kevin Chen and Earl Carr will discuss their latest book project.  Click here for more information.

October 15, 2021, 9 AM to 2 PM: Free Flu Vaccinations. NewYork-Presbyterian Lawrence Hospital and The Community Fund of Bronxville, Eastchester and Tuckahoe are offering free flu vaccinations to those age 19+.  The vaccinations will be given in the Bronxville Court Room at Village Hall, 200 Pondfield Road in Bronxville. No appointment necessary.

October 21, 2021, 9 AM to 2 PM: Free Flu Vaccinations. NewYork-Presbyterian Lawrence Hospital and The Community Fund of Bronxville, Eastchester and Tuckahoe are offering free flu vaccinations to those age 19+.  The vaccinations will be given in the Eastchester Library, 11 Oakridge Place in Eastchester. No appointment necessary.

October 21, 2021, 7PM on Zoom: Friends of the Bronxville Library Present "Why The Innocent Plead Guilty and the Guilty Go Free" with author the Honorable Jed Rakoff in conversation with Sarah Normand, Assistant US Attorney for the Southern District of New York.  Click here to register.

November 3, 2021, 10 AM to 1 PM: Free Flu Vaccinations. NewYork-Presbyterian Lawrence Hospital and The Community Fund of Bronxville, Eastchester and Tuckahoe are offering free flu vaccinations to those age 19+.  The vaccinations will be given in the Tuckahoe Community Center, 71 Columbus Avenue in Tuckahoe.
