Houlihan Lawrence Recognizes Top Agents

Mar. 3, 2021: Houlihan Lawrence announced this year's recipients of its annual Emerald Awards, described as "a prestigious honor awarded to the company's top agents in recognition of exceptional sales results over the past calendar year. Individuals were recognized from across the firm's offices in Westchester, Connecticut, and the Hudson Valley."
Three agents from Bronxville - Sheila Stoltz, Susan Kelty Law and Peter Segalla - received Emerald Awards, which means they are top agents at Houlihan Lawrence. Houlihan Lawrence has over 1,200 agents. Stoltz and Law were also winners last year.
Cindy Landis, Manager of the Houlihan Lawrence Bronxville Office, commended the agents for this performance in this unprecedented year, "I am very proud of the 3 Emerald award winners in the Bronxville office. There are only 40 agents companywide who earn this award out of more than 1200 Houlihan Lawrence agents. Sheila and Susan are repeat winners of this distinction based on their overall closed dollar volume of transactions. Peter is new to the category and closed a very high number of units last year in his principal market place, The Bronx. Kudos to all of them on their outstanding performance.
