Concordia Conservatory's Holiday Musical To Be A Movie This Year

Dec. 9, 2020: Concordia Conservatory will present its 21st holiday musical as a film broadcast premiere on Saturday, December 19 at 7 pm. The Best Concordia Conservatory Christmas Musical Movie, with screenplay by Greg Suss, turns the annual holiday musical into a filmed production starring current and past Conservatory students. 

The cast hails from throughout Westchester and Fairfield Counties and includes Sarah Angevine, Nicholas Arakas, Aryia Banihashem-Ahmad, Natalie Beit, Elizabeth Cioffi, Nate Dower, Annabella Ferraro, Meris Gingery, Adela Horsting, Isidora Horsting, Kit Knapp, Ingrid White Krawiec, Athina Lekovic, Finn Mullen, Kelly McWilliams, Maeve McWilliams, Porter Rao, Jeffrey Rohr, Alexandra Seuffert, Katarina Seuffert, Lauren Seuffert, Luke Szczepanski, Lyndsie Schultz, Julia Tobin, Cameron Tyler, Cameron Wanuga, and Tobin Zeigler. Special appearances are made by Rebecca Bitondo, Anthony Evangelista, Joshua Gleason, Chris Landy, Maya Madhavan, and Katie Suss.

The production team includes Greg Suss (director), Jon Klibonoff (music director), Lauren Sherwood (choreographer), Michele Rohr (costumes), Alan Weiss (video director), Marilou Yacoub (video producer), and Larry Alexander (audio engineer).

Since 1999, the Conservatory's annual tuition-free musical has been both a beloved community institution and an effective theatre arts outreach program, supported by generous donors who have given over $850,000. 

In its 21-year history, the musical has seen over 1,600 performers and crew entertain over 18,000 enthusiastic audience members. This year's production will be the first ever to premiere as a movie release and was produced in compliance with CDC and New York State health guidelines.
