Eight Grader Grace Levasseur Collects 19,000 Baby Items for Bundles of Joy

By Adrienne Harper, Founder & Executive Director, Bundles of Joy New York

Nov. 25, 2020: Grace Levasseur, 8th grader at St. Josephs School, in her capacity as Junior Ambassador to Bundles of Joy NY, hosted a virtual collection drive among her school community.

With one successful donation drive already under her belt, she was determined to beat her own record – and that she did! With almost 19,000 essential baby items collected, Grace's impact on our community at large will surely be felt this winter.

The St. Josephs School community really showed up for Grace, sending loads of diapers, wipes, toiletries, new pajamas, hats and mittens for our neighbors in need.

Bundles of Joy relies on grassroots community drives, such as these to help fulfill the countless orders we receive from the low-income and homeless families we serve. We are so proud of our local hero for her dedication to our mission at Bundles of Joy.
