Wednesday, March 27, Seminars, Support Groups, and Classes at NYP Lawrence Hospital. NewYork-Presbyterian Lawrence Hospital will be holding the following on Wednesday, March 27: a joint replacement seminar from 9:45 to 11:15 am in the hospital lobby conference room (to register, call 914-787-2119), an aphasia support group meeting led by a NewYork-Presbyterian Lawrence Hospital speech therapist from 2:00 to 3:00 pm in the speech office in the Rehab Department on the first floor of Palmer Hall (to register, call Dahna Stadtmauer at 914-787-3373), and a colorectal cancer education session from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm in the main hospital lobby in which you will meet a screening navigator, learn if you are at risk, and find out about symptoms and what you can do to protect yourself (to register, call 914-787-6007). Click here for more information about these and other events at NewYork-Presbyterian Lawrence Hospital. 

Thursday, March 28, 7:00 pm, Opening Reception for Art Exhibition of Works from Local Collectors at OSilas Gallery. This contemporary art exhibition, Bronxville Collects: Selections in Contemporary Art from the Local Collector, features work by both established and emerging artists that are on loan from local collectors. The artwork on view ranges from paintings to ceramics to photography. The opening reception is on Thursday, March 28, at 7:00 pm, at OSilas Gallery on the campus of Concordia College. The exhibition is on view from March 29 to April 27.

Saturday, March 30, 7:30 pm Midland Music Series Concert at Bronxville Women's Club. Violinist Bela Horvath and pianist Carlos Avila will give a concert in the Midland Music Series at The Bronxville Women's Club at 7:30 pm. To make a reservation and purchase tickets, email CLOAKING .

Monday, April 1, 7:00 pm, Interview with TV Baking Personality Tina Zaccardi at Concordia. Concordia College will present an interview with Tina Zaccardi, winner of The Great American Baking Show: Holiday Edition. The event, titled "Pursuing Your Passion," will take place at 7:00 pm in the Sommer Center for Worship and the Performing Arts on the campus of Concordia College.
