Monday, July 9, Where's Waldo Begins at Womrath Bookshop. Waldo, of the popular Where's Waldo book series, is hiding in local stores, and the race begins on Monday to find as many Waldos as possible in Bronxville stores. Womrath Bookshop is sponsoring the event, which runs in July and ends with a prize drawing and party. Go to the bookshop or call 914-337-0199 for information about how to participate.

Monday, July 9, 8:00 pm, Bronxville Village Board of Trustees Meeting. There will be a meeting of the Bronxville Board of Trustees at 8:00 pm in Bronxville Village Hall. For more information, go to www.villageofbronxville.com or call 914-337-6500

Sunday, July 10, 7:15 pm, Eastchester Board of Fire Commissioners Meeting, Bronxville Village Hall. The monthly meeting of the Eastchester Board of Fire Commissioners will be held at Bronxville Village Hall. The board will enter executive session at 6:30 pm to discuss personnel matters and ongoing litigation and will open to the public at 7:15 pm.

Wednesday, July 11, 10:00 am, Gramatan Village Open House. All are welcome to attend an open house at Gramatan Village from 10:00 am to noon at 85 Pondfield Road to learn of its services for those in the area who would like to age in place.  For more information, call 914-337-1338 or go to www.gramatanvillage.org.

Wednesday, July 11, Noon, Tea and Poetry at Gramatan Village. There will be an interactive discussion led by Gramatan Village member and book club leader Marjorie Mir from noon to 2:00 pm at the office of Gramatan Village, 85 Pondfield Road. Wednesday, July 11, 8:00 pm, Bronxville Pops Concert, Front Lawn of The Bronxville School. The Bronxville Pops Concert Band will be performing its first concert of the 2018 season on the front lawn of The Bronxville School starting at 8:00 pm. The Bronxville Pops will perform three more concerts, all at 8:00 pm on Wednesdays on the front lawn of The Bronxville School: July 11, July 18, July 25, and August 1.
