Thursday, November 16
:  The Bronxville Board of Education will hold a regular meeting at 7:00 pm in the multipurpose room of The Bronxville School. For more information, go to www.bronxvilleschool.org.

Thursday, November 16:  The Bronxville Public Library Board of Trustees will hold a meeting at 7:00 pm in the board room of the library. For more information, go to www.bronxvillelibrary.org.

Thursday, November 16:  The opening reception of pARTners, an art installation by students from Eastchester and Tuckahoe High Schools with special needs and their peers in collaboration with students from Concordia College, will be held at 7:00 pm at OSilas Gallery on the campus of the college. The theme is "Once Upon a Time." The reception is free and open to the public. Click here for more information.

Saturday, November 18:  The Bronxville Green Committee will host its semi-annual "take-back day" from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm, rain or shine, behind Bronxville Village Hall (Palumbo Place). Bring your unwanted paper documents for shredding, electronic waste for proper recycling, and clean blankets, quilts, and towels (no pillows) for a local animal shelter. Click here for our article with details.

Sunday, November 19:  The Reformed Church of Bronxville will present a concert at 3:00 pm featuring the chancel choir, which will be joined by guest choristers from surrounding communities. Under the leadership of Dr. Sándor Szabó, minister of music, the choir will perform Fauré’s Requiem, his best-known masterwork. Monday, November 20:  The Bronxville Village Board of Trustees will have a work session/executive session at 6:30 pm at Bronxville Village Hall. For more information, go to www.villageofbronxville.com.

Tuesday, November 21:  Steven Grenell, MD, a neurohospitalist with ColumbiaDoctors, the faculty practice of Columbia University Medical Center, and NewYork-Presbyterian Lawrence Hospital, will lead a discussion from 6:30 to 8:00 pm at Lake Isle Country Club on the causes of memory loss, normal and abnormal, the latest research, and medical and lifestyle interventions that can help you maintain your memory function.
