Saturday, June 24
:  The Writing Institute at Sarah Lawrence College will be hosting the Fourth Annual Publish & Promote Your Book Conference from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm with prominent New York City literary agents, major publishing house editors, and social media and PR experts. The symposium is designed for serious writers who want to get their work published. The fee is $425. To register, click here. Saturday, June 24:  Architect Anderson Kenny will lead a morning walking tour of Bronxville's Lawrence Park Hilltop to discuss the unique features of homes designed by William Augustus Bates between 1890 and 1910. A light breakfast will be served on the porch of 7 Valley Road at 9:30 am, and the tour will start at 9:45 am. For additional information, call Susan Law at 914-659-5856 or Rita Steinkamp at 914 646-5196. 

Sunday, June 25:  Concordia College will be participating in a hymn festival at 2:00 pm at Carnegie Hall in honor of the 500th Anniversary of the Reformation, along with hundreds of singers from across the country and Germany. Tuesday, June 27:  The Bronxville Public Library will have a LEGO-themed Summer Reading Kickoff Party at 7:00 pm, which will include LEGO activities for kids of all ages. For more information, call the library at 914-337-7680 or visit its website, www.bronxvillelibrary.org
