:  The Bronxville Board of Education will hold a regular meeting at 7:00 pm in the multipurpose room of The Bronxville School. For more information, go to

Thursday, January 19:  Join NewYork-Presbyterian/Lawrence Hospital for an interactive and educational meeting for breast cancer patients and their loved ones. Meetings feature guest speakers and are led by Kate Gutekunst, RN, oncology nurse navigator. The next meeting will be held from 5:00 to 6:00 pm at NewYork-Presbyterian/Lawrence Hospital, 55 Palmer Avenue, Bronxville, New York. To register, call 914-787-5997.

Tuesday, January 24: The Bronxville Village Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a meeting at 7:30 pm in Bronxville Village Hall. For more information, go to

Wednesday, January 25:  Dr. Napoleon Peoples will give the spring 2017 Jacobson Global Lecture, which will be titled "A Conversation on the Reform and Revolution of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s Work," at Concordia College's Sommer Center for Worship and the Performing Arts at 7:00 pm. Dr. Peoples is professor emeritus, division of student affairs, at Virginia Commonwealth University.
