Westchester County and Volunteer New York are Seeking Volunteers for Vaccine Clinic

Jan. 22, 2022: Westchester County has partnered with Volunteer New York! to assist in recruiting and training volunteers for the County Center’s vaccine clinic.

Volunteer New York! is seeking eligible volunteers ages 18 and over who are willing to work in three to four hour shifts. Volunteers will be assisting with day to day operation of the vaccine clinic from aiding with traffic flow, check-in, appointment making, paperwork and taking temperatures of incoming guests. Bilingual volunteers are also being sought to help facilitate the needs of non-native English language speakers.
The County is partnering with Volunteer New York until April 24 and will be providing all recruits with personal protection equipment (PPE). All volunteers must be vaccinated and will be required to show proof of vaccination.
