New York State and Local Primary Elections Today, Thursday, September 13

Sep. 13, 2018: New York State will be holding primary elections for state and local offices today, Thursday, September 13, 2018.
Voters in Bronxville Village registered with the Democratic Party can vote for primary candidates for governor, lieutenant governor, and attorney general. Voters in Bronxville Village registered with the Reform Party can vote for primary candidates for attorney general. These are the only primaries applicable to voters in Bronxville Village for this election.
Elections are generally held on Tuesdays, but this primary was moved to Thursday because Rosh Hashana fell on a Tuesday. Polls open at 6:00 am and close at 9:00 pm.
The list of candidates for which Bronxville voters in the Democratic and Reform parties may vote tomorrow is below. The nonpartisan League of Woman Voters of New York State provides information about each of these candidates on its website at www.votingnewyork.org. Voting locations in Bronxville are below the list of candidates.

Districts 16 and 17: Concordia College (note that access must now be gained through Route 22, as motorists can no longer drive in from Tanglewylde Avenue)
Districts 18, 19, 21: Bronxville firehouse on the corner of Palumbo Place and Midland Avenue (previously The Reformed Church)
District 20: Christ Church Bronxville
District 22: NewYork-Presbyterian Lawrence Hospital
