Bronxville Police Blotter: September 30, 2018, to October 6, 2018

Oct. 10, 2018: The following entries are from the Bronxville police blotter.
September 30, 2018, 9:22 pm, Pondfield Road West: There was a two-vehicle accident; there were no injuries, and an information exchange was completed.
October 1, 2018, 3:48 pm, Pondfield Road: Officers responded to a report of a male sleeping in a vehicle. The male was not in need of medical attention. No crime was committed.
October 2, 2018, 12:05 am: Officers responded to a 911 call of a family dispute. Officers were able to quell the disagreement and completed a domestic incident report. No crime was committed.
October 2, 2018, 8:04 pm, Park Place: A wallet containing credit cards and personal information was reported lost.
October 3, 2018, 5:51 am, Park Place: A 27-year-old man of Peekskill was charged with Grand Larceny in the Third Degree (class D felony). Police responded to a 911 call from a Yonkers man stating that his 2016 Ford had just been stolen from the front of 9 Park Place. Sergeant Watson Morgan and Officer Michael Lewis were able to use a cell phone location application to track a cell phone left inside the vehicle. They tracked the phone and vehicle to California Road in the Town of Eastchester, where the man was arrested. The man was arraigned by Judge Mayer and remanded to Westchester County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail. He is due back to Bronxville Court on October 17 at 6:00 pm.
October 5, 2018, 11:07 am: Police responded to a 911 call for a physical altercation. Upon arrival, officers determined that it was a domestic dispute. A 24-year-old Yonkers man was charged with Driving While Ability Impaired and Unlawful Use of a Vehicle. A domestic incident report was also completed. The man was arraigned by Judge Mayer and remanded to Westchester County Jail in lieu of $750.
October 6, 2018, 12:43 pm, Pondfield Road: A 42-year-old man of White Plains was charged with Suspended Registration, Operating Without Insurance, and Uninspected Vehicle after he was stopped for having covered license plates. The man was processed and released on scene. The 2008 Dodge Durango he was operating was impounded.
