Bronxville Police Blotter: December 4 to December 10, 2018

Dec. 12, 2018: The following entries are selections from the Bronxville police blotter.
December 4, 2018, 2:05 pm: Officers responded to a 911 call of a dispute between family members. Officers deemed the dispute to be verbal in nature. No crime was committed. A domestic incident report was completed.
December 4, 2018, 11:15 am, Pondfield Road: A found watch was turned over to police by a pedestrian. The owner later contacted the police department and inquired about lost property. The watch was returned to the owner, who provided proof of ownership.
December 4, 2018, 2:15 pm, Citibank, Pondfield Road: Officers responded to a call from the bank manager, who stated that a female was attempting to make a fraudulent transaction. The subject left the bank prior to officer’s arrival. The incident is being investigated.
December 5, 2018 10:40 am, Bronxville Police Headquarters: A resident reported that her front license plate was missing from her vehicle. She was unsure when it was last intact. A report was completed for DMV.
December 6, 2019, 7:08 am, Kensington Garage: A boot was affixed to a parked vehicle for outstanding parking tickets. The fines were satisfied later in the day and the vehicle was released.
December 7, 2018, 10:16 am, Sagamore Road: There was a two-vehicle accident; there were no injuries, and an information exchange was completed by the responding officer.
December 10, 2018, 6:06 am, Midland Avenue at Pondfield Road: There was a two-vehicle accident; there were no injuries. The driver of one vehicle was issued a citation for a passed red light. An accident report was completed by the responding officer. Both vehicles were inoperable and had to be towed from the scene.
