Bronxville Police Blotter: December 24, 2018, to January 3, 2019

Jan. 9, 2019: The following entries are from the Bronxville police blotter.
Dec. 24, 2018, 11:32 pm. Masterton Road: A homeowner reported that an unknown male was walking in her driveway. Police responded and located the male a few houses away. The male was interviewed and released. The homeowners did not want to pursue the incident any further.
Dec. 25, 2018, 10:19 am, Pondfield Road: A bag containing approximately $100 in greeting cards and candles was left inside an establishment. When the owner went back for the bag, it was missing.
Dec. 27, 2018, 6:22 pm, Palmer Avenue: There was a two-vehicle accident; there were no injuries, and an accident exchange was completed.
Dec. 28, 2018, 4:51 pm, Sagamore Road: A 53-year-old man of Manhattan was charged with a suspended registration (misdemeanor) after an onboard license plate reader alarm indicated that the registration to his 2015 Honda Accord was suspended for an insurance lapse. The man was also cited for having no insurance and no standing on a public highway. His vehicle was impounded and he was processed and released on scene pending his next court appearance.
Jan 1, 2019, 1:15 pm: Police assisted with a family dispute. No crime was committed.
Jan 2, 2019, 12:58 pm, Pondfield Road: A bicyclist reported being hit by a vehicle. Officers located said vehicle and contacted the owner. No injuries were reported.
Jan. 2, 2019, 3:52 pm, Kensington Road: A 34-year-old woman of Bronxville was charged with harassment in the second degree (violation) after an employee reported that she had initiated unwanted physical contact with her by slapping her in the face.
Jan. 2, 2019, 6:14 pm, Pondfield Road: A 53-year-old man was charged with bail jumping in the third degree (misdemeanor) for failing to appear before the Bronxville Justice Court on January 16, 2018. The man was arraigned by Judge Primps and released on his own recognizance pending his next court appearance.
Jan. 3, 2019, 10:24 am, Cedar Street: A 2011 Buick was immobilized by a parking boot for having $425 in outstanding parking fines. The fines were satisfied later in the day and the vehicle was released to its owner.
Jan. 3, 2019, 10:33 am, Pondfield Road: A found wallet containing over $1,000 in cash and personal papers was given to an officer by an anonymous pedestrian. The desk officer was able to contact the owner and return his property intact.
