February 26, 2020: The following entries are from the Bronxville police blotter.
February 13, 2020, 1:01 PM, Pondfield Road: A 24-year-old man of the Bronx was charged with Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument in the 2nd Degree after he was stopped for Disobeying a Traffic Control Device and the Inspection Sticker on his vehicle proved to be forged. The man was processed and released pending his next court appearance; his vehicle was impounded pending proper paperwork.
February 15, 2020, 12:05 PM, Pondfield Road: A 31-year-old man of the Bronx was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 2nd Degree after he was stopped for an illegal U-Turn and an inquiry into his driving privileges showed that his license had five active suspensions for failure to pay fines and failure to answer summonses. The man was also cited for Suspended Registration and Operating Without Insurance. He was processed and released pending his next court appearance; his vehicle was impounded.
February 17, 2020, Kraft Avenue Lot: A 2019 Audio was entered overnight, $5.00 in loose change, and a baby bag were stolen. The vehicle was not locked, and the alarm was not activated.
February 22, 2020, 8:58 AM, White Plains Road: A resident reported that he lost his license plates. An MV78B form was provided to him for the DMV.
February 23, 2020, 1:01 PM, Pondfield Road: A wallet was left in the ATM area of CitiBank. The Desk Officer contacted the owner, and it was returned intact.
